It started from a little boy's dream. As a father, we love taking out our family for dinner. I am no different, there was a taco shop that we would frequent when my son was younger. He used to love eating there and I enjoyed chatting with the owners. My 5 year old son had dreams of being a chef. As a result, I opened my first food stand in our local flea market to make my son's dream come true. To show him the restaurant life, showing him how happy our clients get with the food we make. It wasn't until some time when I came upon the opportunity to purchase the establishment that we once frequented and became the new owner of Vanessa's. My son grew and started his own journey. Yet my Son's influence has became the inspiration for me to continue sharing my culture with the people who wish to experience it. To make our customer as happy as they made my son long ago.
